Seize the Day
at Tribal Voices

Singing songs on contemporary themes with ancient musical roots, Seize the Day take us to the place where the personal meets the political. Lyrical directness combines with subtle harmony and strong percussion to lift the spirit, and leave us in no doubt that we have the power to make a difference. "These are songs that touch hearts and change lives".

Since the birth of their musical partnership on the road protest campaign at Newbury in 1996, Seize the Day have appeared regularly in the national media, including seven TV appearances.

Since hosting the Folk Stage at Llanfair Spring Fayre they have gone on to perform at Ponterdawe International Music Festival, the Big Green Gathering, Harvest Fayre, Brighton Free Festival, Nantwich & Crewe Folk Festival, Megatripolis, Reclaim the Streets and on the Avalon Stage at Glastonbury Festival.

Theo & Shannon are supported by Avril playing traditional African hand drums. They also perform with guest musicians as a 6 piece band for larger venues.
